I bought a coleman shelter for a raining weekend with next day delivery. Due to an unusual incident with UK mail the delivery was delayed 24 hours but the customer service provided by the purely outdoors team was tremendous as they proactively sought to resolve the issue and kept me informed regularly of what was going on. As a result I did have the shelter for my weekend and would definitely shop with them again as I feel they went above and beyond with ensuring the timely delivery of my product. I ordered my awning from these guys based purely on price. They were the cheapest on the Web. The awning turned up 48 hours later, fantastic delivery time. I've had a small issue where the manufacturer failed to include a part but these guys have sorted it out promptly with no fuss. I'll be using them again and would recommend them to others.

I ordered rotary arms on thursday. Delivered on saturday at 07-50. Great service. Had this rotary from them 10 yrs ago. First time needed parts

Great shop with very knowledgeable staff. They are the sole European distributors of sillosock decoys and have a huge range of other kit. What I like best is that there rotary machines are built here in the UK and not Chinese copy so!

Great product, excellent quality and good price. Strong frame which is very stable and the chair and cushions are very comfortable. Very easy to put together. All parts when delivered were perfect, well packed but without unnecessary cardboard. Delivery driver was very pleasant. The company were very good at keeping us informed and communicating delivery timescales which whilst a little longer than hoped for were acceptable. Many hours of relaxing and enjoyable time will be sent in this chair. Fully recommended.

Loungers arrived OK with no damage to the packaging. Following the assembly instructions sometimes some of the bolts are difficult to align with the mating parts thread. The only issue was one of the kits of screws and washers there was a shortage of washers but fortunately I had some in my own toolbox stock. Otherwise once both loungers and table were assembled a very comfortable and pleasing addition to our patio.
