Amazing place. Nothing to much trouble. Very kind & understanding staff.

I always thought it was a grate vest till my dog had pups and they told me I will be in there for the scan and get a pick and a health check I got no scan pick no health check and didn't get to see the scan like I was told 4 time ,I ask the vest what to do when the birth starts and more questions relating they told me to look on the Web .I was shocked as it's a vest also I got told there was 6 pups she had 10 . and when we went to pay for scan that was ment to be 50 it come up with 80 the vet tried to charge me an extra 30 for what she said a consontanl which she said go on the Web and find put I was not happy at all !!!! But my family have always been going there as I still do as tje vets are still grate for othet things ,but I all go to vest for pets as it's most time cheaper and get a lot more advise and info u will need

This is a lovely vets. Sue is so comforting when your pet is poorly and you know the advice she gives is so good for the animal, and you. She is so reassuring, the rest of the staff are brilliant as well, always ready to listen.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Pets at Home Nuneaton

Old Ambulance Station, Newtown Rd, Nuneaton CV11 4HR, UK – 024 7637 0434

I like this shop, as it's easily accessible and has a large car park! It's all on one floor and has a large range of products for fish through to the largest dog! It's never very busy and you're allowed to enter the premises with your dog on a leash! Staff are very helpful and welcoming and seem to have a good, basic knowledge of the products in store! The only bad thing I found here was, staff tend to be difficult to find when needed, so waiting times can be frustrating! When it IS busy, queues can get pretty long, as often there's only one member of staff manning the till, even though there is two tills available!

Reasonable choice of dog apparel. If they don't have what you want they will order. The staff are brilliant and very friendly and helpful.
